Jacksonville Magazine and The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island host the annual culinary competition, Thursday, September 14, featuring the best restaurants of Amelia Island. Patrons judge each course, picking one favorite dish from the two served. An invited panel of judges serving as the final arbiter in the event of a tie.
Diners are treated to a three-course meal, the theme of the evening's dishes being Coastal Treasures. Cocktails, appetizers and desserts for the night are provided by the talented staff of The Ritz-Carlton.
The luxurious dining experience benefits Barnabas, a local charity whose mission is to provide assistance to individuals and families in crisis throughout Nassau County. They address critical issues, such as hunger, affordable health care, and prevention of homelessness.
