Our mission is to help our clients live the one life they have, the best way they can, without undue financial sacrifice or risk. Holistic planning is the foundation of each of our client’s personalized action plan. We focus on developing a clear strategy based on needs, goals and risk tolerance.
Our team is comprised of seven professionals; led by Jeff Wyatt, Financial Advisor, Managing Director-Investments, CPWA,® CDFA,® and Jason Hyrne, Financial Advisor, Senior Vice President-Investments, CFP®, CIMA®, CPWA®. We are supported by five client associates who are empowered to exceed our client’s expectations. Additionally, we work closely with Wells Fargo affiliates to offer banking, lending, insurance, and trust services, as well as, more than 80 different specialized wealth solutions from elder care planning to small business advisory and corporate executive planning services. Our rounded approach is designed to simplify our client’s financial lives while delivering the highest level of experience and service.
Our Customer Service Model
We are old fashioned—we treat our clients like we expect to be treated. We take personal responsibility for each client’s experience, intentionally overstaff and strive to make sure every client’s call is picked up by a member of our team. Of course, our clients also have access to all of their account information online, receive regular face to face reviews, monthly statements, and detailed quarterly performance reports, but in today’s world that is just the price of admission. Great customer service is really about people, effective communication and understanding. We are proactive in our relationships with clients; always communicating, providing social events and educational opportunities.
Our Investment Philosophy
We manage our client’s portfolios personally rather than using a pre-packaged investment vehicle or outsourcing it to someone else. We consult several internal resources, obtain research from outside sources, and conduct our own proprietary research. Our portfolios are global in nature and give our clients exposure to more than a dozen different asset classes. We re-evaluate each asset class based on fundamental, technical and economic data and determine an expected three year return for each asset class. We then position each portfolio to take advantage of asset classes that have the best potential return and avoid the asset classes with the lowest potential return based on current prices. It may seem simple, but the price you pay for something is very important and too often overlooked. Our philosophy is to figure out each investments “weight” and then buy it at a discount when the “voting” allows us to. Finally, particular focus is given to controlling the two things in investing we can control—expenses and taxes.
