By bridging the practices of urology and gynecology, Dr. Steven Goldwasser is proud to serve the women of Jacksonville by offering Urogynecology services that allow his patients to seek treatment for multiple issues with one physician.
The field of Urogynecology is a subspecialty that is dedicated to the study and treatment of pelvic floor disorders in women. Dr. Goldwasser’s clinic is a subspecialty division of North Florida OBGYN. After earning his Bachelors degree from the University of California, Dr. Goldwasser earned his medical degree from Tulane University in 1994. He then completed residency training in OB/GYN at the University of Tennessee before undertaking a fellowship in urogyne-cology and reconstructive pelvic surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. He has practiced in Jacksonville since 2000, starting at the University of Florida as Chief of Urogynecology before starting private practice in 2006. He continues to train physicians and is actively committed to his patients and their care.
