Wm. J. Sheppard has been practicing law in Jacksonville for 44 years. Born in Oregon, he received a B.S. from Florida State University and a J.D. from the University of Florida. He is the recipient of numerous awards throughout his lifetime and is a Florida Bar Board Certified criminal trial lawyer. This year, Mr. Sheppard was named Lawyer of the Year, Best Lawyers of America, in the area of non-white collar criminal defense in Jacksonville.
Elizabeth L. White has been practicing law in Jacksonville for 31 years. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Jacksonville University and a J.D. from the University of Oregon.
Matthew R. Kachergus has been practicing law for 11 years, all with the firm. He received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Florida.
