This month, Jax Mag introduces a new feature to our website: Pet of the Week. We are seeking nominations from our many pet-loving readers. To nominate your favorite furry friend (or feathered, scaly, whatever) send us an email at Mail@jacksonvillemag.com. Use the sample posted here as your guide to what we’re looking for. And please include a photo. Each week we’ll select a pet to be featured on the website and Facebook. And one lucky pet each month will get a spot in an upcoming edition of Jacksonville Magazine. Favorite toy: little tiny tennis ball with no fuzz (ripped it off myself for a better bounce)

Best tricks: diving and swimming, fetching, rolling over
Favorite activities: chasing my dad at the park, diving into the ocean
What gets me more treats and praise: doing my fancy tricks and going potty outside
What gets me in big trouble: going potty inside, barking at nothing, darting out the front door and making my parents chase me
My favorite place(s) to go in Jax: Fishweir Park to play chase, the beach to swim
My owner loves me because: I’m the cutest, sweetest little doggy in the world. And i’m a great cuddler.
