St. Johns Town Center will add two new retailers and a restaurant in the coming months. The consumer electronic store specializing in audio equipment, Bose, and the children’s clothing and gift store, Carter’s, are both due to open in the fall. The sushi restaurant, Saki House (a favorite among those in Riverside and San Marco), hopes to open in August.
