Who is your ideal client?
An individual or business that has accumulated assets but does not have the time, interest, and/or knowledge to manage them without the help of a Financial Advisor.
Describe your customer service model.
We believe in the “GOLDEN RULE.” We review all client accounts on a systematic basis based on the complexity of the portfolio and the client’s desire to have the portfolio reviewed. We have a “3 ring rule”… (i.e. client calls are picked up no later than the third ring as we understand how important our clients’ time is). We always return calls by the end of the day and offer clients a service model that puts a client’s interest before anything else.
Describe your cost structure for your services and how it relates to value?
We offer clients both fee based and non fee based investment platforms or a combination of both. We understand that “one size” does not fit all. Our focus is always based on the client’s net return after expenses.
What is your investment philosophy?
Our investment philosophy is centered around our six steps of fundamental investing.
a. Determine where the client is financially (net worth, etc.)
b. Determine what the client is trying to accomplish (retirement, estate planning, etc.)
c. Determine the client’s risk tolerance
d. Determine the client’s asset allocation based on
objectives and overall view of market valuation
e. Determine the actual investments
f. Review the portfolio on a periodic basis
How would you describe your Risk Management philosophy?
We construct investment plans tailored to each client’s risk tolerance balanced against their desire for growth.
