As the senior member of Donahoo & McMenamy, PA, Thomas M. Donahoo has specialized in tax, estate planning, wills and trusts for 46 years. His academic training at the University of Florida (BS/BA, 1962), the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (JD, 1965) and the New York University School of Law (LLM, 1966) is complemented by his experience as a past Chairman of the Tax Section of the Florida Bar, a Board Certified tax lawyer by the Florida Bar, and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. The Donahoo Firm was founded in 1938 by his father, John W. Donahoo (deceased), and currently includes three other attorneys: William B. McMenamy, Thomas M. Donahoo, Jr., and Emily K. Dillow.
