On January 17, BlackFinn American Grill in Jacksonville FL is hosting a five course charity dinner benefiting the Diabetes Research Institute, with special guest Alex Elman, a wine connoisseur who lost her sight to diabetes. Each course will be paired with featured wines from the Alex Elman Wine Collection. The evening starts at 6:30 pm with passed appetizers, then a three course meal in the dining room, followed by dessert and dancing on the patio. Alex Elman will be in attendance to discuss her label of organic wines and her personal experiences overcoming Juvenile Diabetes. There will also be a silent auction.

Second Course- Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad paired with the Alex Elman Chardonnay
Third Course- Bolognese paired with the Alex Elman Malbec
Fourth Course- Steak and Shrimp Diane paired with the Alex Elman Cabernet
Fifth Course- Molten Lava Cake with a Blueberry Caviar with the full selection of Alex Elman Wines available as well as a local Florida Blueberry Wine
