Easter Menu at One Ocean Resort
Azurea, the signature restaurant at One Ocean Resort & Spa, will be offering a mouthwatering Easter Sunday menu available exclusvely on March 31, 2013. From 11 a.m.-8 p.m. guests can enjoy menu options such as Lion Fish and Scallop Ceveche with a Mango, Piquillo Pepper Cilantro Popcorn, followed by entrée options such as Grilled Tellicherry Tenderloin with Fava Beans, Maitaki Mushrooms and Polenta Bar. For a sweet ending to an elegant Sunday, dessert selections include an Espresso Cheesecake with a Coconut Rum Panna Cotta.
