Beaches Community Healthcare Family Walk and Fun Festival

Help us raise awareness and funds for our medical clinic, Beaches Community Health Care by participating in our Family Walk and Fun Festival! This year the walk will take place at the Sea Walk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach. Walk registration opens at 8:30 and the one or two mile beach walk begins at 9:00 am. Registration for individuals is $20 and for a family is $45.

After the walk there will be tons of fun activities through out the day for families including bounce houses, face painting, healthy food samples and live music.

All proceeds from this event benefit Beaches Community Healthcare, a Sulzbacher Center clinic. Beaches Community Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center for uninsured beaches residents. Last year we had over 10,000 patient visits in our dental, behavioral health and medical clinics.
