Paseo Pastel refers to the Spanish custom of a casual promenade or walk. St. Augustine's "promenade" will take place on the sidewalks between the St. Augustine City Parking Garage and the Visitor Information Center. 70+ Artists will turn this area into a gallery of sidewalk art.
