The ex-soldier, Emmett Conn, comes to grasp a terrible truth: he helped police one of the most brutal marches in history.Mustian is an attorney and a member of the Tallahassee city council. American Idol season 8 finalist Danny Gokey was in town over the weekend, and Stargazing's good pal Sharon Wilbur (aka the Face of Fox 30) has all the scoop.
And seriously, can she be any more adorable?

And the Cover Model Fashion Show winner is...
The beautiful people were out in full force at Jacksonville Magazine's Cover Model Fashion Show last night, including America's Next Top Model cycle 2 winner Yoanna House, Drs. Jason and Colleen Olitsky (aka The Smile Stylists) and 2009 Cover Model Fashion Show winner Megan Henderson (who, by the way, just signed with Click Models in Los Angeles ... can we pick 'em or what?).
But the real star of the night was Victoria Ward, who sashayed and whatever the past tense of shanté is her way down the runway and into the winner's circle. Ward will appear on an upcoming cover of Jacksonville Magazine .

Who needs a publicist when you've got Twitter? Maurice Jones-Drew tweeted that he had a daughter yesterday. No word on her name or any other details. Baby girl joins brother Maurice III, who turns 2 years old in June.

Counting Crows singer crows about Jacksonville
Jacksonville Magazine's own Mike Romero spotted Counting Crows lead singer Adam Duritz and girlfriend actress Emmy Rossum (I'll save you the trouble of Googling her: She was Christine in the film version of The Phantom of the Opera) at Pinegrove Deli in Avondale on Saturday.
Apparently, the couple were in town for the NCAA basketball tournament since Duritz is a big fan of the University of California and, according to Twitter, Jacksonville.

Jones-Drew hangs with the First Lady
Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew spoke at Newsweek's Executive Forum: Childhood Obesity at the National Press Club in Washington, DC on Tuesday. MJD was selected, in part, for his involvement in NFL's Fuel Up to Play 60 program, a league-wide initiative to combat youth obesity. The following day he attended a luncheon with First Lady Michelle Obama, who participated in a forum, “Challenges and Ways to Promote Health and Wellness in America’s Communities."
According to his Twitter posts about the event, MJD, who attended the luncheon with his agents Rob London and Adisa Bakari, was "too afraid to take a photo" since the Secret Service was "in full affect [sic]."
He did, however, post this photo of himself with the caption: "This is after I threw up all over the streets of DC... Is it me or is the air quality not that well here."
Thanks for sharing.

Tim Deegan is no longer the fastest news dude in town
Another Gate River Run has come and gone and, once again, I managed to sleep right through. While I give major props to the 14,000 or so runner and walkers who did manage to complete (or even attempt) the 15K race, I do have to wonder if there was breaking news in the middle of the River Run course this year that caused local news folks to stop running and do a live shot. Of the seven anchors, reporters and meteorologists who we reported on last year, only two, Donna Hicken Deegan and Jennifer Bauer actually improved on last year's time. In fact, Tim Deegan's time of 1:24:53 was not only 16 minutes slower than last year's but lost him the title of Local News Personality With the Fleetest Feet. That title now belongs to Action New anchor Karl Torp.
Here are their times for this year's race.
• Action News anchor Karl Torp, 1:18:36
• WJXT reporter Jennifer Bauer, 1:23:15
• First Coast News chief meteorologist Tim Deegan, 1:24:53
• WJXT chief meteorologist John Gaughan, 1:29:08
• First Coast News anchor Donna Deegan, 1:43:28
• CBS 47 reporter Ilyssa Trussel, 1:50:50
• WJXT meteorologist Richard Nunn, 2:10:36

Girls Gone Wild proves they're boobs
A friend of mine sent me a note telling me the Girls Gone Wild bus was spotted getting off of I-295 on the Westside earlier today. Naturally, I went online to see if I could find out why the bus was in town (well, other the obvious which is convincing drunk girls to show their boobs).
Turns out Northeast Florida has quite a history with the Girls Gone Wild bus with at least three visits last year alone including a stop in Orange Park when the bus was ransacked and burglarized and one in Yulee in October when seven people were arrested on charges ranging from illegally operating a sexually-oriented business to disorderly intoxication.
They sure are a bunch of boobs alright.

Kristen Stewart shops at the zoo?
This photo of actresses Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart appeared on People.com's "You Asked, We Found" feature where readers ask where they can get the clothes they see their favorite stars wearing. According to the website, the star of Twilight, who looks totally thrilled to be there, is wearing Denim of Virtue's destroyed "Intuition" jeans and a "Jacksonville Zoo panther T-shirt."
Perhaps it was a gift from co-star and Jacksonville native Ashley Greene.

NFL Hall of Famer likes breasts and thighs
An observant Eye-Team member spotted NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino buying two bottles of red wine and "a ton of rotisserie chicken" at The Fresh Market in Ponte Vedra Beach the other day. I have since learned that Marino's son Joey is on the golf team at the University of North Florida and was playing in the John Hyatt College Championship at Sawgrass Country Club. I hear the elder Marino has a tradition of feeding the boys before a big match.
I hope chicken and wine are are on his Nutrisystem plan.
