Pete’s Dragon


  • 1.5 oz. Florida Cane Vodka
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1 oz. arugula syrup
  • .75 oz. lemon juice
  • .5 oz. Absentroux


  1. Put all ingredients together in shaker with ice, shake vigorously, strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with edible flowers.
