Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Florida Double Cask Bourbon
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. hazelnut orgeat
  • ¾ oz. Maletti balsamic vinegar
  • 2 dashes Scrappy’s Orleans bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over pebble ice.
  3. Garnish with spritzes of absinthe and a sprig of mint.
