The Jekyll Island Shrimp and Grits Festival returns this fall, combining the classic Southern dish with family-friendly entertainment and more than 100 art and craft vendors. The event features live music, kids’ zone, food, a craft brew fest, wildlife demonstrations, and more.
A VIP experience package features access to Indian Mound Cottage (previously the Rockefellers' winter home), with an elevated tent, open bar and catering throughout the weekend. This year’s spirited three-day event will be take place September 16 through September 18, in the oak-lined National Historic Landmark District. General admission to the festival is free.
