The Fly By
- .75 oz. St. Augustine Distillery Florida Cane Vodka
- .75 oz. St. Augustine Distillery New World Gin
- .25 oz. Galliano
- 1 oz. kiwi, lemongrass and black pepper shrub
- .5 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- Add all ingredients to the glass half of a Boston shaker and fill completely with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and freshly ground black pepper.
