It's (almost) officially summer, so we thought we'd help our readers find a way to cool down. This recipe for a cinnamon pineapple pop will hit the spot.
Cinnamon Pineapple Pop
- 1 large pineapple, skinned and chopped
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 8 oz. filtered water
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground clove
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- Blend ingredients until mostly smooth.
- Pour popsicle into mold and freeze overnight. Don’t forget to include the stick.
