It's (almost) officially summer, so we thought we'd help our readers find a way to cool down. This recipe for a cinnamon pineapple pop will hit the spot.

Cinnamon Pineapple Pop

Yield: 8 servings

Cinnamon Pineapple Pop


  • 1 large pineapple, skinned and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 8 oz. filtered water
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground clove
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Procedure:


  1. Blend ingredients until mostly smooth.
  2. Pour popsicle into mold and freeze overnight. Don’t forget to include the stick.
