Wm. J. Sheppard has been practicing law in Jacksonville for 48 years. Born in Oregon, he graduated from Florida State University and received his J.D. from University of Florida. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified criminal trial lawyer.

Elizabeth L. White has been practicing law in Jacksonville for 35 years. She received a B.A., cum laude, from Jacksonville University and a J.D. from University of Oregon.

Mathew R. Kachergus has been practicing law for 15 years, all with the firm. He received a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from University of Florida.

Bryan E. DeMaggio has been practicing with the firm for 8 years. He received a B.A. from Florida State University, summa cum laude, and a J.D. from University of Florida.

Jesse Wilkison recently joined the firm after earning his law degree from the University of Florida, magna cum laude, in May 2015. While in law school, he worked as a research assistant and served as a managing editor for the Florida Law Review. He also obtained membership into the Order of the Coif, and earned book awards in Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Copyright Law, Trial Practice, and Federal Jurisdiction.
