- 1.5 oz. St. Augustine Distillery Pot Distilled Rum
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- .75 oz. Velvet Falernum
- .5 oz. Aperol
- .5 oz. ginger juice
- 4 dashes of bitters
- Put all ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously, double strain and garnish with a lemon peel.
