  • 1.5 oz. St. Augustine Distillery Pot Distilled Rum
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • .75 oz. Velvet Falernum
  • .5 oz. Aperol
  • .5 oz. ginger juice
  • 4 dashes of bitters


  1. Put all ingredients together in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously, double strain and garnish with a lemon peel.
