Feb. 12-14, One Ocean Resort & Spa will offer guests speciality menu items at Azurea Restaurant to celebrate this romantic holiday. Featured dishes include fresh, organic and seasonal ingredients. Vernon's

Vernon's at Sawgrass Marriott is offering a prix fixe menu for $65 per person. In addition to the menu, available Feb. 13 and 14, to enhance the romantic ambiance, a pianist will perform. Chef Joe Natoli and his team will add to the delight by offering long-stemmed chocolate-covered strawberries sourced from Plant City.

The Valentine’s weekend menu at Sbraga & Co. will run in conjunction with the a la carte menu, which is available at sbragadining.com/sbragaandcompany/menu. Valentine’s weekend reservations are strongly encouraged; the prix-fixe menu will be available February12-February 14, from 5 PM to closing.

The prix-fixe menu ($65 per person) features an amuse bouche of Foie Gras Torchon with amarena cherry and corn bread; Lobster with winter citrus, brown butter vinaigrette, and hearts of palm; Grilled Caesar Salad with gem lettuce, Caesar dressing, and garlic bread; Chittara Pasta with swordfish, lemon, and herbs; Grilled Magret Duck Breast with pecan-carrot romesco, wilted chard, and charred scallion vinaigrette; Brussels Sprouts with Low Country XO sauce and pickled peanuts; a Cheese Board with cow’s milk, sheep’s milk, and goat’s milk cheeses, candied nuts, and pear jam; and Espresso Triple Chocolate with Chambord ice cream and compressed cherries.

Playing on the versatility of Southern ingredients, the menu highlights local bounty with a romantic twist. Specialty menu items, including the decadent Foie Gras Torchon and Chittara Pasta, add elegance to the special occasion; while Southern-inspired elements, like the Pecan-Carrot Romesco and Low Country XO sauce, add playfulness to the meal and experience. Sbraga & Co.’s Valentine’s weekend menu is meant for sharing in the restaurant’s relaxed, atmospheric setting.

 

Kitchen on San Marco

Love is in the air, and Kitchen on San Marco is celebrating with a special four-course, prix-fixed menu for Valentine’s Day, along with several Valentine’s specials for the weekend. Dinner will be served from 5 to 10 PM on Sunday, Feb. 14 and Valentine’s specials will be offered Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13 in addition to the regular menu.
