Museums, bars and restaurants all over town throw their own version of a New Year's Eve celebration. But how does one choose which party to attend? We've made it easy for you with this handy guide.

If you're a stylish art connoisseur: Check out MOCA's 333NYE. Revel New Year’s Eve away on the dance floor, try your luck on the gambling floor, and watch the ball drop—all while supporting the exhibitions and programming at MOCA Jacksonville. This year’s theme is Chroma Color, inspired by the upcoming MOCA Jacksonville exhibition In Living Color: Andy Warhol and Contemporary Printmaking from the Collections of Jordan D. Schnitzer and His Family Foundation. Wear black tie, cocktail, or costume attire at your preference. Hors d’oeuvres, open bar, and entertainment are included with admission. 10 PM, $90-$500.

If you've got a short skirt just begging to be worn: Wear it to Blackfinn Ameripub's Hollywood Glam New Year's Eve. This Hollywood themed event features a red carpet, DJ EL and party band Oh No! Enjoy complimentary party favors and a glass of champagne with tickets. 9:30, $15.

Dinner and drinks, please: Candy Apple Café's New Year's Eve Dinner is a good selection for those who want a chill evening but still want to go out. The restaurant's prix-fixe menu features a four-course dinner, and all guests will receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The restaurant will serve dinner until 12 AM. Reservations are strongly encouraged. $65.

If you need black-tie elegance: Go for The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island's Black and White Masquerade Gala. Welcome the New Year in style with luxurious food buffets; seafood, sushi station, appetizers, charcuterie and pates. Visit cooking stations serving seared fish, lobster, roasted pork belly, prime rib and a scrumptious display of desserts. Dance to music by international tour group Papa Sol open bar and fireworks with champagne toast. Masks provided or bring your own. Black & White attire is encouraged. Reservations required. 9 PM, $225.

For a good fireworks view: It's all about River City Brewing Co.'s New Year’s Eve Brew House Bash. Tickets include open bar, food, a DJ spinning dance tracks all night and a champagne toast at midnight. 9 PM, $65-$85.

Music lovers only: The Jacksonville Symphony's Toast to the New Year is for you. An orchestra concert is followed by an after party in the Uible Marquee overlooking the St. Johns River with desserts, champagne, live jazz and dancing with the Marc Dickman Jazz Quintet. At midnight, there's a great view of the Downtown fireworks over the St. Johns River. 9 PM, $75-$125.

If you love a good flapper dress: Give Grape and Grain Exchange's NYE Circa 1933 a try. Re-live the New Year's celebration from 1933, just one month after prohibiton was repealed in the U.S. A 9 piece "Big Band" Orchestra playing all swing and big band jazz, champagne and NYE punch complements all night long with heavy hors d'oeuvres. 8 PM, $50.
