Mix one of these holiday-inspired cocktails to become the life of the party at your next Hanukkah or Christmas gathering.

1 ½ oz. Nolet’s Gin
½ oz. Boomsma Genever
¾ oz. Dolin Rouge
¼ oz. Galiano
¼ oz. Suze
Bar spoon of turbinado sugar
Stir in a mixing glass and serve.

1 oz. House "apple'd" brandy
1 oz. Angel's Envy Bourbon
.75 oz. Heavy Cream
.5 oz. Allspice & Clove Syrup
1 Whole Egg
1 drop Peychaud's Bitters (in the center to look like Rudolph!)
In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients and dry shake. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a coupe and garnish with nutmeg, cinnamon and a drop of bitters.
