16 oz. garbanzo beans 1 head roasted garlic 1/4 c. fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp. Greek seasoning 1 tsp. cumin 1 T. tahini Extra-virgin olive oil, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Begin with processor on low speed, adding olive oil as needed for a smooth and creamy consistency.
2. Serve immediately with pita bread, chips or crudité.
